We certify the authenticity of your pWatch at our Laboratory located in the mediaval city of Bologna, Italy. Every watch is carefully inspected and verified. Each individual certificate of authenticity is issued in paper format. Each pWatch is scanned and photographed in 360 degrees down to the smallest detail. Each pWatch being handmade contains very small inaccuracies, difficult to see with the naked eye and impossible to forge. Take some photos of the watch by zooming in and send them to us. We will tell you if the watch is original.

The pre-order consists in ordering an item that when purchased is not physically available in our warehouse but is still in a phase of the creation. After finalizazing the pre order you will immediately receive a confirmation email containing your order number and the estimated delivery time. Cancellations are allowed within 48 hours from the pre-order date. To cancel your pre-order, write to our assistance via the contact form. Remember to provide the order number you wish to cancel and enter it in your request. Once the order has been canceled, you will receive a confirmation email that certifies the cancellation and indicates that the refund has been issued.

Your pWatch will be protected by our 1 year international warranty. In the rare event you encounter a problem, you can return your watch to us for repair or replacement no matter where you are in the world any time within 1 year of your purchase.

We do not ship to certain addresses, such as military, certain restricted areas, pick-up points or PO boxes.

The watch features hours, minutes, and seconds functions. - The Bronze pWatch showcases the distinctive charm of bronze, a material that gracefully ages with time. While it naturally oxidizes, adding character, we've provided a special cleaning cloth in the package to help you easily preserve its shine as desired. - The Gold Plated pWatch does not require any special maintenance or cleaning. The watch is low maintenance and easy to care for. Due to the handmade nature of the watch and the metal used, variations in color and texture from the samples in the photos are possible.

Parcels shipped within the European Union are not subject to duty fees.

The pWatch is an artwork and is made up of a single unique block. Have the movement of your watch checked periodically by a skilled watchmaker so as to maintain its perfect operation. If the watch tends to gain or lose time significantly, the movement may need to be overhauled. The service frequency depends on the use of the watch and the environment in which it is worn. As a general we recommend a complete revision every 4-5 years.

Although it is rather difficult to counterfeited the pWatch due to the visual and intrinsic, particular, characteristics of a work of art crafted by hand, possible to visualize only with your own eyes. To ensure the authenticity of a pWatch timepiece, it must be purchased directly from our website: www.palladiowatch.com Purchasing pWatch from a different e-commerce platforms or an unauthorized third party vendor on Amazon, you risk receiving a timepiece that is counterfeited, used or defective. Please note that warranty does not cover pWatch timepieces without an original order ID and which are purchased on mentioned platforms.
