The pre-order consists in ordering an item that when purchased is not physically available in our warehouse but is still in a phase of the creation.

After finalizazing the pre order you will immediately receive a confirmation email containing your order number and the estimated delivery time.

 

Cancellations are allowed within 48 hours from the pre-order date.

To cancel your pre-order, write to our assistance via the contact form. Remember to provide the order number you wish to cancel and enter it in your request.

Once the order has been canceled, you will receive a confirmation email that certifies the cancellation and indicates that the refund has been issued.
